The following statuses will be used throughout this flow:

• awaiting processing – The form has been received and placed in our queue
• ein needed – Additional EIN documentation is requested (this may occur before or after campaign submission, though post-submission requests are less common)
• campaign submitted – All requirements have been gathered and the application submitted; awaiting approval
• 10dlc enabled – The merchant has been fully approved
