Sandbox Access

Springbig provides sandbox environments to partners who have completed a formal partnership agreement. Sandboxes allow you to safely develop, test, and validate your workflows against our API without impacting live merchant data.

Once onboarded, partners receive:

• Dedicated sandbox credentials
• API keys and authentication tokens
• Support from our integrations team as needed

Environments

Staging: The standard testing environment that all integrators will gain access to during the building/testing phase.

Production: This environment will be made available to the integrator post-testing of all integrations.
