By leveraging Klaviyo’s segmentation and automation capabilities alongside Springbig’s messaging engine, retailers can enhance their communication strategies with minimal setup and maximum impact.

• Paid plan that supports both Flows and Webhooks (via Klaviyo)
• Enrolled members with phone numbers (via Springbig)
• Configured messaging templates (via Springbig)
• Springbig messaging credits (via Springbig)

Before Getting Started

Important: Make sure you are collecting SMS consent from your end users before sending any messages.

If your Klaviyo account does not allow you to collect SMS consent through Klaviyo forms, please use a Springbig form instead.

Collecting proper consent from your customers is required to ensure compliance before sending SMS communications.
